Subject Watcheden.biz - DON'T!!!

DONT!! DON'T! DON'T! Do Business with these people!! They show many choices on their web site, but then send an apology email that they don't have that one. Then after you select another, they send another apology that they don't have That one! Then they tell you they have "your" watch and it's ready to send, Then AGAIN that they don't have it in stock, please select another one!! It's a SCAM!

Here's the who series of emails and you can see the sequence of lies and them misleading me:

You mention a wrist band that stretches. But these attached pictures from you web site show the wrist band is like a Rolex or Seiko wrist band. The watch bands that I'm familiar with that stretch are like Timex. Is the watch band like a real Rolex? And 20 cm is too big - can you take out a link or two? Remember, you had offered me a $20 discount which I did not end up taking - I paid the $40 difference for the Rolex watch.

I'm not pleased that watch offered on the watcheden web site was unavailableAfter I paid for it. My first response was just to refund my payment. I'm still considering having my money refunded. However, I may consider watch number 127532. Let me know if that watch is available.

Hi Mandy, Based on my experiences you're best to spend a bit more money and get the higher quality watches and or handbags, shoes etc. Every item I have purchased has been exactly what was in the picture and have had very little issues considering the amount of purchases I have made, read my other comments below as well if you would like a bit more details on other questions. A quick FYI, I do not work for them nor have any association with top10brand except for being a long time customer. My advice would be to send a message asking if the items you want are currently in stock, they usually reply within 24-48 hrs. I usually receive my orders within 2-3 weeks. For handbags, shoes etc.. look for the 1:1 items as they are better made and if not 100% identical very very close to the original. Pay attention to the descriptions of all items. For watches look into the higher quality watches. I have had zero problems with the Swiss or valjoux watches I have purchased from them. In general with every replica watch on the net not just top10brand.biz, the cheaper watches $50-150, like anything be prepared to get what you pay for. That is why I recommend spending a bit more on the higher quality watches, handbags, shoes etc. as the materials used and mechanisms inside are 10 times better, The Swiss + valjoux mechanisms/ motors are also used by authentic watch companies as well and will definitely be of much higher quality. Also by a watch with sapphire crystal and not mineral crystal glass. I have had to make 2 returns (belt + cufflinks that arrived damaged) they gave me all the info to return, were very detailed and they did ship new replacement items to me. You just need to ship the item regular mail with a tracking number, no signature required. essentially all in all I would honestly recommend the site and am surprised it has received such a low rating. Have patience when emailing back and forth with them and aggressive/ angry msg's won't help to get answers sooner. I hope this helps!

Should anyone have any specific questions concerning my many many experiences with them I would be happy to help out as there's nothing worst than paying for something and having a negative experience. In the past 4 years I have purchased upward of 20 watches from them both Japanese and Swiss as well as many other items. Rico sorry I wasn't able to help out sooner, haven't checked this site in a while. Based on my experience with Top10brand.biz or bazger.co.uk (I have not purchased from Bazger.co.uk yet it is stated on this site that the two are associated) I do know that even when dealing with top10brand.BIZ and .NET they have different teams working on the operation of each site, they have been accommodating with me if you are patient and aggressive/ forward emails sent to them definitely doesn't help you're cause. Better to be detailed and reasonably polite (possibly frustrating I know) to get a quicker response. I have been communicating back and forth with them for 1-2 months now to place an order worth around $3,000 dollars. all have been shipped and I have received responses to my emails 99% of the time within 24-48 hrs. An important point is that I would not buy the cheaper replica watches from any of these companies as you really get what you pay for... the watches I have purchased have been the higher quality Swiss eta or Valjioux watches. I have had zero problem with these watches. all of them have been exactly what I ordered and exactly what were in the pictures. I have also received discounts and added gifts with my orders before. My advice is have patience as it sometimes takes a little while for them to reply. Also send them a message asking if the items you would like are in stock before you place the order. I have had 2 items (cufflinks and belt) that arrived damaged but upon return ($10 shipping North America to China) to them they were replaced with the exact item at no extra charge. Send them another email asking if they have received you prior message and I would be surprised if they do not respond. Also I don't see much point in paying for express shipping either. Be patient and wait the extra week. usually get my orders within 2 sometimes 3 weeks ( I have received some within 7-10 days) and have never not received an order. Top10brand.biz also recently raised their prices but they are still lower than any other site I have found when looking into purchasing both lower and higher quality watches etc. I hope this helps in some way. let me know if you have any other questions and I'll try to help based on what I know. if you did get your watch in the end and are looking to purchase another try my advice, check in stock before and use top10brand.BIZ. I have purchased three watches from them and have been totally satisfied with all three. (two for me one for my wife) They keep excellent time and I have had no problems. My wife has received compliments on hers form peiple who are in the know. They were all ordered at different times and have come in within the time advertised. I am buying My wife another one as part of her Christmas this year.

They have a selling point that says "the watch you see in pictures is the exact watch you get" but when you order, they write you after about 4 or 5 days saying that the watch has changed do you still want it ? Then another few days go by then they ship by some rinky dink shipping company that says you will get in 7-10 days even after you pay the extra for fast shipping....Havent seen the watch yet but if you want a watch somewhat fast, dont buy here it takes 2 weeks before it is even close to being shipped.

I recently bought 3 watches, 2 had defects in mechanism and one had defects in the band. They said to have my local jeweler do repairs and they would reimburse me with discounts on future purchases. Thinking I could maybe avoid the long return process, and that I would probably buy another watch sometime, I asked how much? I had to ask several times, as there was much communication over several weeks without giving a number. I finally got an answer of $15 (lol), which was later raised to a whopping $19 off the price of my next watch, which I declined! I do have to say that communication was reasonably good, and they did solve a problem on one issue (there are several), but strung it all out for over a month thereby losing my return privileges. They offered far, far less than my cost of repairs would be.
I have it all in email threads, but I’m sure you would rather look at the site for yourself, as this is a website that should have some light thrown on it to avoid future ripoffs for others. I’m sure it’s just one or two of a multi-site operation with multi-names mailing out of Shanghai, but registered in Russia.

Just to let you know, and am looking forward to your reviews. Keep up the good work!
