Please answer this question. Do you or do you not have the watch which you showed on your website and which I, in good faith, ordered and permitted you to charge to my AMEX card? If you have this watch, please ship it to me and I will return the one in my possession. If you do not have this watch, please say so and provide me with a return address for the watch I have and credit my AMEX account with US $299.

Summary: The good thing is that customer service tries to solve complaint and not ignore it. The bad thing is that sent wrong watch and doesn't provide return address trying to avoid full refund to the customer.
